- Talk to a loan officer about your options. I highly suggest speaking to someone local as the purchasing process tends to go much more smoothly when you are working with someone who understands the local market and picks up the phone when you need them! (Ultimately, who you choose to work with is entirely up to you!)
- Be prepared with a pre-qual letter so when you are ready to submit an offer, you are putting your strongest foot forward letting the seller know you are a qualified buyer.
- Once you are under contract, you have 5 business days to apply for your financing!
